Labeling machine

Our company produces a rotary, continuous operation label applicator for OPP hot melt adhesive. The equipment can automatically adjust the input and output transmission conditions. Products conveyed by the conveyor belt are evenly spaced by the bottle screw according to the gap of the star wheel. The imported star wheel then transports the products to the rotary disc. After being fixed by the bottle pressing mechanism and the product mold seat, the products begin to rotate at a certain speed. During this rotation, mechanical pre-positioning is performed, and the labels are applied according to the trajectory of the mechanism.

When the product reaches the eye detection position, the PLC host controls the label feeding system to start feeding the labels. After each label is fed, a high-speed cutter cuts it off. Thanks to the use of imported Japanese small-inertia high-speed servo motors, the feeding process is dynamically adjusted, ensuring both the speed and accuracy of the label feeding and cutting processes. The cut labels are then sent to the glue application system, where the system applies glue to the front and back edges of the labels. This method minimizes the consumption of hot melt adhesive.

When the labeled product is transferred to the label application position, the labels are accurately and effectively attached to the product. Since the product is in a rotating state during the label application process, the labels adhere smoothly and tightly to the product. The adhesive strip at the end of the glue forms a good label overlap seal, completing the label application process.The whole process is: bottle entry, pre-positioning, cutting label, gluing, labeling, supporting label, pressing and completion.

1) Human-computer interaction optimization: the 7-inch touch screen monitors the running status in real time, and supports parameter memory and fault alarm (lack of standard/temperature abnormality, etc.).
2) High degree of automation: PLC control realizes automatic tension adjustment, bottle type conversion, glue thickness control (0.05~0.1mm adjustable), reducing manual intervention.
3) Easy maintenance: key components (such as brush, cutting knife) are designed in a modular way, and wear-resistant materials (such as silicone roller, self-lubricating synthetic parts) prolong the life.
