Packing machine

A fully automatic grab-type cartoning machine is an intelligent cartoning device driven by pneumatic or servo systems. It uses mechanical grippers (equipped with anti-damage rubber) or suction cups to accurately place products into cardboard boxes and automatically complete the conveying and sealing process. Its core design features high-precision positioning, flexible adaptability, and low maintenance costs, and its main components include:

Bottle/whole column mechanism: automatically group and arrange the products on the conveyor belt.

Grasping mechanism: pneumatic chuck or servo fixture to realize multi-stage speed grasp and release (low speed clamping → high speed translation → low speed release).

Control system : PLC + touch screen, support parameter adjustment, fault diagnosis and output statistics.

Body material: the main frame is carbon steel spray, contact parts are stainless steel, in line with food grade hygiene standards.

1.Full process automation
Intelligent lane sorting: automatically identify the arrangement status of products, standby when there is a shortage of materials, and trigger pickup after full materials.
Precise grip and release control : The chuck pressure can be adjusted to adapt to fragile products (such as glass bottles) or irregular products (such as barrel oil), with a loss rate of more than 98%.
Seamless connection of production line : linked with unpacking machine and sealing machine to realize the closed loop of "empty box input, packing, full load output"

2. Security and stability

Multiple fault protection : stop due to missing bottle/case, alarm for wrong picking, emergency stop due to personnel intrusion, etc.
